Überlastschutz durch Schrauben
Klassische Ackerpflüge sind für mittleres und tiefes Pflügen auf flachen Äckern, auf allen Bodentypen ohne Steine, mit Feuchtigkeit, die eine richtige Arbeit ermöglicht, bestimmt. Bei steinigen Böden werden Pflüge mit einer Absicherung empfohlen, die den Pflugkörper vor Beschädigungen schützt.
Die in unserem Angebot vorhandenen Anbaupflüge umfassen 2-, 3-, 4- und 5-Schollen-Pflüge bei einer Körperbreite 250 mm, 300 mm und 350 mm. Pflugkörper sind mit Zylinderstreichblech und Schnabelscharen mit erhöhter Beständigkeit ausgestattet. Über dem Streichblech wird ein Stroheinleger montiert, dessen Aufgabe ist, die obere Schicht des Bodens zu schneiden und sie in die Furche einzuwerfen um somit bessere Abdeckung der Pflanzenresten zu erreichen. Der Pflug ist mit einem Schraubenmechanismus zur Regulierung der ersten Scholle ausgestattet, die Arbeitstiefe kann mit dem Stützrad aus Stahl oder Gummi reguliert werden. Hohe Rümpfe mit 700 mm Schützen den Pflug vor einer Verstopfung mit Pflanzenresten während des Pflügens auf Stoppelfeldern. Vor dem letzten Körper hat der Pflug eine Öffnung zur Befestigung der Pflugscheibe, die zur Standardausstattung des Werkzeuges nicht gehört.
