New Sand/ Salt spreader for Utility/ Special vehicles for transportation of bulk materials TICAB RPS-1500

The RPS-1500 sand and salt spreader combines mobility, compactness and high performance. The RPS-1500 is equipped with a 1.8 m³ hopper for de-icing ingredients. , and a disc mechanism of spreading sand. Device control (ON / OFF) is placed in the driver's cab. Thus, the RPS-1500 allows the sprinkling of roads with de-icing agents with the optimal use of time, manpower and materials. The RPS-1500 can sprinkle up to 10,000 m² of road surface area in one hour

Characteristics:

- Lane processing width - 3-6 m,

- Traffic speed - up to 30 km/h.

- Sprinkling density with anti-icing materials - from 80 to 150 g/m² (18000m² with a single load).

- Adjustment of spreading width and density - on the body of the spreader.

- Spreader - disk (stainless steel).

- Mechanism drive - autonomous hydraulic.

- The scraper-chain feeder is equipped with a hydraulic motor.

- Control (ON/OFF) from the driver's cab.

- Proportional control of the disc speed on the control unit in the driver's cab (optional)

- Minor foreign object protection.

- Capacities of at least 10000 m²/h

- High quality, 304 stainless steel construction for optimum corrosion resistance (for bulk salt).

Has its own wheelbase, or mounted on the customer's vehicle.
