Der Holzhäcksler agrifarm WOD17H ist ein einfach aufgebauter Häcksler zum Häckseln von Ästen, Stämmen, Büschen, Sträuchern und deren Blättern.
Die Besonderheit dieses Holzhäckslers sind der eigene Öltank, zwei hydraulische Einzugswalzen sowie der Vor- und Rücklauf der Einzugswalzen.
Montiert wird dieser Holzhäcksler an die 3-Punkt-Aufnahme Ihres Traktors und wird mit 540 U/min angetrieben.
Ihr Traktor sollte mindestens über 18PS verfügen, je nach Stärke des Häckselgutes.
Der Holzhäcksler verfügt über einen eigenen Hydrauliköltank, so dass Sie für die Einzugswalzen keinen Hydraulikanschluß am Traktor benötigen.
Sie benötigen also nur einen Zapfwellenanschluß am Traktor zum Antrieb dieses Häckslers.
Durch die Zapfwelle wird die Kraft des Traktors auf den Holzhäcksler übertragen.
Durch die Hydraulikpumpe am Öltank werden die beiden Einzugswalzen angetrieben.
Ein Vor- und Rücklauf der Walzen gewährleistet den Transport des Häckselgutes zu den Messern.
Sollte es zu Verstopfungen kommen, kann das Häckselgut durch den Rücklauf wieder bequem heraus gezogen werden.
Desweiteren lässt sich die Einzugsgeschwindigkeit durch ein Steuerventil regulieren. Somit lässt sich auch die Größe des Häckselgutes regulieren.
Mehrere Keilriemen treiben die Schwungmasse mit den zwei Messern an.
Das gehäckselte Holz wird durch einen Auswurfkanal befördert. Dieser ist um 360° drehbar.
Die Messer und Keilriemen lassen sich einfach tauschen und sind im Zubehör bei uns jederzeit erhältlich.
