Neljä vuotta sitten hankittu hyvä runkoinen volvo josta tuli sitten iltojen ja viikonloppuje puunailu kohde. Hiljaiseksi vetää harrastuksen hintalappu tämän kohdalla kirjanpidon mukaan liki 50 000€ imaissut tämä harrastus. Laitetaan lähtöhinnaksi vaikka viidennes tuosta.
Tämä oli neljä kesää sitten alustana ( hyvässä iskussa) jolloin runkoon vedettiin hiekkapuhallus ja pari kertaa maalia. Monet kulutusosat tuli uusittua; tankki, iskareita, perävaunu pistokkeet, taka alleajosuoja vbg, sivusuojat, tmt rosteri työkalulaatikot, äärivalot, ilmaliittimet, vbg osat, takavalot, led majakat jne. Sitten auto käväisi volvolla ja autoon rakennettin teräsajoon tehty 8m teräslava ja auto katsastettiin ja kantavuudeksi tuli 15 000kg.
Seuraavana talvena hytti käytiin läpi ja volvo orginal väri laskeutui automaalarin huostassa hyttiin. Samana talvena autosähkömies kytki kyljet ja perän täyteen työvaloja uusin johdotuksin (10kpl). jne.
Sitten kesällä moottoriöljyn suodattimet, uudet öljyt, polttoaine suodattimet, jäähdytysnesteen suodatin, ilmanputsarit.
Sitten seuraavina vuosina ja lähiaikana vaihdetiin/ laitettiin taas lisää uutta osaa. Bluetooht soitin, president la-puhelin, led kaukovalot katolle, etuäärivalot, parkki umpiot, vilkku umpio, uusi patja, jalkatilan matot, lumiketku telineet, pakoputkiston osia, nelipiiri venttiili, ilmapussit 2 kpl jne.
Näiden neljän vuoden aikana tullut autolle semmoiset 1500km ajoa lähinnä muutamat keikat lämpimikseen joskus tai konttorille ja takaisin. Kolme leimaa tähän on täräytetty huomautuksetta peräjälkeen. Joku katsuri joskus vähän vinkkasi, että jotkut renkaat vähän vanhat vaikka pintaa hyvin. Viime kuun vaihteessa laitettu nyt hyvät pyörät uusille vanteille ja kaikki renkaat toinen toistaan asiallisempia uusin venttilein. Edessä uudet continental talvipinnat.

hyvä
ajaa ja toimii niinkuin pitääkin. Tuleva klassikko ellei jo ole. Löytyy huoltokirja ja kahdet avaimet. Vasta reilu 800tkm ajettu. Varmasti volvoa seuraaviksi vuosikymmeniksi ajoon tai seuraavalle entisöijälle.
